Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ForgeSky’s website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

ForgeSky provides custom web development, web application development, and digital design services. All projects are scoped and priced individually based on client requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Estimates: All project estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The final 50% is due upon project completion and client approval.
Refunds: No refunds are provided for work completed to agreed specifications. Free revisions are offered for any deliverables that do not meet the agreed scope.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client. ForgeSky retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

ForgeSky’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.
